  I made an appointment for an extraction that was referred by my primary dentist office. The office secretary told me that I should have specified that I was here for an extraction. When I had a referral in my hand. Then I had this consultation with the surgeon who told me that it is infected and needs to come out, which obviously is why I was there in the first place. Told me I should definitely get them taken out soon, but can't take them out today. Then when it comes to pay which this company only cares about how they will get their money. She told me once again I should have specifed and been more specific. Then when I was explaining that I came here to have them extracted, told me that there is no reason to yell. I will definitely not be using this dentist, very unprofessional, very expensive for their services.
