- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Hart and her staff at Heartland have cared for my pets for over 10 years. They are all compassionate, caring and very knowledgeable at Heartland. Literally every single time I have taken my pets there, they have been well cared for and I have been treated respectfully as a customer. I will say too how impressed I was that, when one of my pets did pass due to natural causes, Heartland sent a beautiful card and flowers to acknowledge my real loss. As a customer for over a decade, I really can say this is an amazing establishment. If anybody in the past has had a less than optimal experience, I would say that is extraordinarily unusual and not the norm for this practice.
